About Axis Development

Axis Development was founded in June 2000 by Tony Collins who was born and raised in Richmond and now resides in Norfolk, Virginia. Mr. Collins is diversified in his construction and management skills. In addition to development projects, he creates the necessary select team of investors and contractors that have the expertise and interest in a given project. He has a high success track record with a proven formula of selecting the correct property, rezoning, hiring the team and delivering the product to investors.

Mr. Collins has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. Previously, he owned a construction firm for 18 years and employed over 100 employees. Mr. Collins has been involved in purchasing, renovating and selling real estate for the past 15 years.
